Those are avant garde/progressive artists, not big band. I dont know Anthony Braxton. Artie Shaw, Benny Goodman, Chick Webb, Jimmy Lunceford, Woody Herman, Kay Kaiser, Jimmy Dorsey, Tommy Dorsey, Ray Noble, Larry Clinton, Stan Kenton, Duke Ellington, Les Brown, Glen Gray, Sammy Kaye, Freddy Martin, Claude Thornhill, Lionel Hampton, Charlie Spivak.

Artie Shaw. His big band sound is great but his Gramercy Five group recordings are some of the best. Other than Glen Miller he is the best clarinet player of his era.
