I think the bears should give him a chance. We already know that Brian won't be the future, why not check Kyle out. I don't think he would be so great because the sucky o line we have, but I think he will be better than last time.

I don't know, but at the ESPN award show on Wednesday Jim McMahon looked pretty good.
Nah, but there's nothing wrong with starting Orton the rest of the way out. We are done for the season. The only thing I can think about is that they are going to let Griese go, bench Rex, and draft one of the good QBs coming out in next year's draft. The Bears have been holding on to Orton for a few years now. Though he hasn't been that great in the past, he hasn't been that bad either. He needs a chance to show that he believes on the team in either a back up capacity or a legimate chance to start. I just think that he's going to be on the bench again next year but Griese is definitely gone. A few O-lineman in the draft next year wouldn't hurt either.

yup haha..well a few years ago he did lead the bears to the playoffs for the most part and his contract is up after this year. Grossman is very inconsistent and Griese is aging so seeing what they got in a matured Orton will be interesting. Look for the same in Baltimore with Troy Smith starting.

I disagree with you. i think of the Lions will positioned up a competent combat, probably even beat the Bears. One reason is they finally have been given rid of Matt Millen, and a transformation like that has a tendency to fire the team up in elementary terms a splash. Rudi Johnson is now commencing at RB, and can desire to have the skill to furnish them a enhance. finally, they're coming off a bye week, that's precisely what they needed after the 1st 3 weeks.
