No, you don't need to have symptoms to have a healthy pregnancy. I am 25 weeks and I haven't had sore boobs my entire pregnancy, and everything is going fine. My baby is measuring exactly where it should be. Besides, 3 weeks along is REALLY early. Most women don't start feeling symptoms until the 5th or 6th week, if they get them at all.

definite, that is time-honored. each and every women human beings and each being pregnant is going to be distinctive. in case you sense healthful and your not experiencing any unusual soreness do not concern your self, that could placed rigidity on the toddler. I even have 2 women at 2 years aside. the two pregnancies have been thoroughly the alternative from one yet another. human beings around me have been confident that i became having a boy through fact i became sporting very low, wager what they have been incorrect. do not, I repeat, do not pay attention to previous better halves thoughts, that is all they are. do not concern plenty approximately your boobs, in the event that they are actually not getting sore whilst your pregnant (mine did not) you may journey a pair days after delivery.

Your boobs will not necessarily get sore. You are only early....symptoms will/may come in a few weeks.

At 3 weeks you haven't even missed a period yet. It's a little early for concern. Hang in there.

Why does everyone want their boobs to hurt? :o) No, you shouldn't be worried if you don't have every single pregnancy symptom. It could come later, or it could not come at all.
