I have found certain words myself, but I would like a grammar correct translation for a story I am writing.

"Nube" is cloud.
"Orbis" is world, round, etc...
"Subnublius" is cloudy.

I would like the phrase to be "Nublius Orbis." I think that would sound cool in a story, but I want it to be correct Latin. Anyone got any ideas?
