You should see a printer icon in the task bar, likely with a warning that your are out of paper.
Open the printer cue, Start - Printers & Faxes - right click on the icon of your printer and select Open
You will see a listing of all the print jobs waiting on the printer.
Select Printer menu and click on Cancel All Documents
It will likely ask you if you are sure.
All the documents waiting to print will be canceled. It could take some time for this to happen, several minutes.

With a newer PC, there should be a button on the control panel to "cancel."
Failing that, look for the printer icon on the bottom right of the screen.
Right-click it and click open.
click, to select, the file you want to cancel
click Document on the toolbar
click cancel
Have you looked at your printer's User's Guide?

On your printer you can press the Cancel Job button usually Red coloured. Or at the bottom right of your screen near your clock there is a printer icon called Printer Que. Double click on it then right click on the document and Cancel it.
