goto internet explorer options, click tools\internet options.
then click on the "content" tab on top in the middle. then near the top it sais content advisor click on enable or settings if it's already enabled just under where it sais content adviser a new window will open click on the "Approved sites" tab near the top of the new window. over their you can type the sites you want to allow and restrict. some internet security programs also do this like kaspersky internet security.

Carefully review the Security, Privacy, and Content tabs.
I have mine set to medium.

Then, click the Content tab, click 'enable.'
Here I have the slider set to 0 to prevent smut.

you have to do that in your browser and if you us firefox you can do it firefox dose not have that feature yet
