i've got been to over 30 countries (stationed in 3) and that i could advise 2 places: Palma de Mallorca, Spain and get faraway from the touristis. get faraway from Palma and pass to a distinctive area of the island, except you like crowded seashores. My 2nd decision could be Santa Teresa di Gallura, Sardinia and the encompassing factors of northern Sardinia (spent 3 a million/2 years there).
