How old is your laptop?
Can't you contact the manufacturer for support?
Before you try to make contact, write down the model number and serial number of your laptop.
The manufacturer may even have a community forum where you can ask for help from other users.
You don't say when the laptop crashes. Have you overloaded the memory? Try some housekeeping and see how it goes -- these won't cost you anything but a little time:
1. Set wallpaper and screensavers to blank or none — they run continuously in the background and use memory.
-----right-click on the desktop, select Properties
-----click the screensaver tab, on the left where it says "screensaver," select none.
-----click the desktop tab, for background, select none
2. Review your start menu – remove anything you don’t need on a daily basis — load games, etc. on an as-needed basis.
-----click Start, Settings, Taskbar and Start Menu
-----click the Start Menu tab
-----select a program you do not want to load at Startup, then click remove.
-----Caution -- do not touch anything you are not sure of or you will mess up your computer royally.
3. From Internet Explorer, click Tools, Internet Options: delete cookies, delete files (offline), and clear history. (You can also set days to store history to 0.)
----- These actions will clear your computer’s cache. (http://help.yahoo.com/l/ph/yahoo/mail/access/access-27210.html )
4. Run Disk Cleanup, Scandisk, Defrag at least every two weeks (the more frequently they are run, the less time they take). These can be found in Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools.
5. Periodically, click Start, Programs, Run — then type ipconfig renew
(that’s ipconfig space renew).
6. Optional: Speed vs Goodies — in the Control Panel, System, Advanced, Performance, Settings — you can have visual effects or let Windows select the best options. I am using “Best Performance.” Your choice.
These things should increase speed and free up memory as much as possible.

Graphics isn't good enough on your computer, would be my answer. If this is a laptop, it has Integrated Graphics. Integrated Graphics, is a graphics chip that is soldered to your motherboard. Integrated graphics borrows some of your computer systems resources. The processor and ram resources. This takes away from what your Operating System needs,(Windows XP is an example of an O/S), and the game program you are playing. This same thing applies to a desktop computer that is using Integrated Graphics. If you are using a desktop computer with a dedicated graphics card, and not Integrated Graphics, then I suggest your graphics card isn't powerful enough for this game. Also make sure the inside of your computer is clean. A dirty computer heats up. Heat=Wasted Energy.

Dude get a !!!!!PC!!!!! Macs R CRAP!!! If you really want to keep your piece of crap though get more RAM 1 of the most common reasons for computer crashses is when 1 program trys 2 use anothers allocated RAM space. This is esspecially so for macs because their OS is S**t. I would suggest getting a Toshiba Satellite Pro tho there so much better like you would not believe

First of all, i choose windows, they contain much support for diagnosing and repairing errors, you will need to see a person or business who can sort this out for you. It seems that your computer has innefficient hardware, it could be either a manufacturer problem or you could be installing an interface or programs that push it beyond its limits or 'comfortable zone.'

I am going to pretend I didn't just read you were having problems with a mac.... You might have some kind of virus..... Try this site to see if you can track it down
http://www.superantispyware.com/
That site is awesome!
Also, if your laptop is older, please consider a new one. Dell has alot of good deals around mid-January every year.
Good Luck
