I definitely prefer Bon over Brian any day.
Two of my favorite albums are 'If You Want Blood, You've Got It' and 'Highway to Hell'.
I've seen them perform 3 times with Bon Scott, and twice with Brian. I like both front men, but for me Bon Scott was and always will be the 'real' AC/DC front man.
Bon had the better vocal range of the two, and his AC/DC stage persona/enthusiasm was never matched by Brian.

Check out these pre AC/DC videos of Bon Scott. The first is with a progressive rock band called 'The Fraternity'. Dig the cave man beard!

Here's a video from around 69/70 of Bon while he was singing with 'The Valentines'. He's the back up singer standing in front of the drummer:

I guess you've got to start somewhere!
Here's a cool photo montage of Bon, set to a song by The Fraternity:

Here's some 70's footage of Brian with Geordie:

While I prefer Bon Scott to Brian Johnson, the best collective work they've done on an album is Back In Black.

Let There Be Rock! It has a very raw feel to it, and a primal energy that is unmatched on any other AC/DC album.

High Voltage

I think High Voltage has the most diversity given the different instrumentation used with the various songs on the album.
