Spray The Inside of The Monitor (through The Fan Vent) (dont Worry Canned Air Is Made For THese Specific Reasons And Won't hurt your monitor)And Make Sure That Theres Just Not Dust Build Up Or Something Blocking The Air Circulation. My Computer Had A Simular Problem And This Was My Solution
