Impossible.

You aren't even pregnant right after sex.

It takes a few hours or even a day to fertilize the egg. The embryo has to travel and implant in the uterus, which takes about 3-7 days. Then it takes another 5-10 days to produce enough HCG to be detected by a blood pregnancy test.

Chemistry can only do so much.

That is why it's called "the torturous two week wait"

Nope. Sorry you are just going to have to wait it out just like the rest of us. Test on the day of your expected period.
