It's a glass is half-empty, Hobbesian type view of international relations. Bush isn't a big proponent of international law....UN, Geneva Conventions, the Hague, etc. etc.

Your question is flawed. Realism of any stripe and "Bush" don't belong in the same sentence.

It is when humans or human nature is not responsible for their own actions. Liberals believe Bush is to blame for EVERYTHING, thus it doesn't apply to his administration.
