Im training to be a associate mangaer and I work at a retail store, my boss and I looked at the reports and she told me look how much you made in a 3 hour period, she sound excited. What does she mean by saying that when I get paid by the hour? She make it sound like Im walking home in that one day with $700 worth of sales.

Sshe is probably to the sales that you made. They probably measure their sales clerks partly by the sales volume they produce.

i think that she was probably just saying, your only a trainee and look how many sales you made!
