when you close your eyes and can fall off a cliff knowing that person will always catch you no matter what that's a friend.

My own definition of a friend is a female or male that I can talk to about anything at anytime.A friend must be trustworthy & honest.Someone who share most of my inner most thoughts & secrets.Someone know how to keep a confidence & not exploit my weaknesses.

i can give you a definition of my friend, my friend makes me laugh when i want to cry, she buys me a cookie just because she sees my favorite kind, she knows me better than i know myself, she makes inappropriate faces behind the back of whoever is fussing at me, she can reply before i finish my sentence or even ask the question. She is who i turn to for everything, she is who i want to travel with, to visit and talk to. She doesn't get upset over little things and sends stupid e-cards just to make me smile.

Some one who I can be open and honest with. Who I can tell a secret to and know that it will not go any farther. Some one who will be there for me and me for them.
But my best friend is my husband so I guess that kind of sets the bar for every one else.
