Happiness, sadness and anger are basic human emotions. Having certain emotions may make you uncomfortable, but it is not healthy to try to suppress uncomfortable emotions, because the emotions will find a way out anyway and often in a more destructive manner. The healthiest way to deal with emotions is to fully acknowledge your feelings, understanding that you do not have to act on those emotions if you do not choose to.

I think that most of us would want to feel happy the majority of the time. Not too many wish to feel sad or angry.
However, if we never felt anything but happiness, how would we know that our lives were doing well? We would have nothing to compare those happy emotions to.
There are peaks and valleys in life...aka ups and downs. We need to try to focus on making more of our times up, and less down.

Happy- Family, friends, parties, boxing, when my parents AREN'T arguing and just getting along, when people are in a good mood, vacation...the list goes on and on.
Sad- Being alone/shy/embarrassed, rumors that aren't trust about ME, when everyone is fighting, when I've realized I made someone feel bad, when I can't open up to people, when I try my best to make people happy and there not...etc.
Angry-When people lie, when people don't listen to what I have to say, when I can't do simple things, when I have no one to talk to, when I can't to anything right..
Oh so many things...haha

Yeah, it's just emotion. Some don't cry even when feeling sad. Some don't laugh even when looking at funny scenes. Feelings grow while you grow. And it's your heart that speaks when you're happy or sad.

good things make you feel happy
(except abusing drugs/alcohol cuz you get a hangover)
so the rewarding emotion makes you wanna do it again
when your loved one dies, you feel sad
why?
so you'll risk your life for their wellbeing
why?
so we can be humans and keep each other alive
my dog peed on me and i got angry at my dog
he now knows not to do it again
why?
b/c he's scared. my anger instilled fear in him which in turn opted him to leave me alone. i am a threat.
my threat is b/c i have issues with him or myself. myself, because i am peed on. and him, because he caused it.

Because good things happen to us or for us and we get happy and bad things happen to us (and yes, for us) and they make us sad. It's callec human feelings. If you know you can't pay your mortgage or rent.....it's a tad stressful, ya know?
