Who cares is the proprietor of the club.
The bartender or server will get a huge fine and the establishment can lose their liqueur license.
You, as a minor can also wind up in jail. You can (depending on the state) lose your driver's license.
Just hold off until it's legal. Most states have taken the legal drinking age back up to 21 for a reason.
When the age was moved down, 2 things happened...there were more DUI-related accidents and deaths (less experienced drivers drinking and driving) and more alcohol was bought for those younger than 18.
Don't worry...you'll be 21 before you know it...and then you'll be 51.

Whether it is legal in your country to drink at 18 (which it is not in the US) or not, while you are in 'the club' or 'the bar' make sure you watch your drink carefully. If it leaves your sight, at any time, do not drink it. Order a new one. It is best to not let anyone else (especially someone you don't know!) order your drinks, and only take the drink directly from the waitress or bartender.
I don't care if I get best answer for this or not. Doing this could save you a lot of grief and pain.

I remember when I was 19, me and my friends went to a bar, and they checked our ID and let us in...I figured they didnt care if you were underage, just couldnt drink. So a few mintues later a waitress comes up to me and asks me if I want anything...um, yeah I sure do! I am 30 now and still get ID'ed, so I know I didnt pass for 21, but apparently they didnt care...but they got busted soon after that, no surprise.
So my answer is yes I did, but you shouldnt because if someone in the place catches you drinking, given how badly they can get punished, they are calling the cops on your underge *** and getting you in trouble!!

I have been drinking in clubs since I was 17.. I've been caught before with a drink in my hand but the security guard just took it away..
I was going to bars with my husband at 19, we would order two beers and two waters.. lol.. the waters were for me if they carded, if not we would just drink. We never got caught that way. Unless they carded, then I would get to watch him drink.. that was fun.. lol..
Good luck! CHEERS!

I've never tried at the club, we normally just buy a bottle of something and drink as much as we can on the way there (except the driver of course) It's much cheaper and as long as you're sober enough to get by the bouncer it's much safer too.
