Every time a team has a chance to go undefeated it seems like everyone wants them to do it. I was cheering for the Colts to do it. But for some reason it seems like everyone is cheering against the Pats to do it. It just doesn't seem like the pats have any characters on their team, and I don't mean that in a bad way. I just can't figure out why I hate the Patriots so much and I want someone to tell me why.

Because you're a Colts fan. Every playoff game Its always the Patriots vs the Colts every year so It's a rival game for the Superbowl. People want the Patriots to go undefeated because only 1 team accomplish that long ago and they might not see this event happening again.
Personally I don't hate the Colts, but I'm a Patriots fan. Some people who don't participate or compete in football just sit on their bottems and watch the TV all day. When the Patriots won against the Colts, I said to my friend "The Colts played good, they got me worried."

It's not that the Patriots have no characters on their team. It's that fans of many teams are bandwagoning with everyone else and only hating the Patriots for either the reason of "everyone else is" or because they're envious, the Patriots are better than their team. I've seen fans that just hate the Patriots because of Bill Belichick. As a Patriots fan, I am a bit disappointed in him too. But I've seen many fans who don't even understand the situation yet bash Belichick because it's the new trend to. The Patriots have some of the best players on their team, not "no characters." They have Tom Brady, probably the greatest quarterback in NFL history in a few years and with no doubt, he is the best quarterback in the NFL right now and is going to be NFL MVP by the end of the season. Then there's Randy Moss, who currently leads for most TDs by a WR this year and with just 4 more, he beats the single season TD record by a WR. With just 5 more, Tom Brady beats the single season TD pass record by a QB. Experts are analyzing that Tom Brady and Randy Moss might be the most chemistry filled and accurate QB+WR team since Montana and Rice and that's really saying something. They have the best offense in the NFL, and a Top 5 defense in the NFL. Their Special Teams is not bad either. The Patriots are probably having the best year any team has had in NFL history and people are hating them because of major envy.

i live in Indy, Colts Country! and Ive been a Pats Fan for years! I get a lot of stuff for it!!!! everybody here hates the pats! thats the one team they hate the most! i dont know why, cause thats the rival team, i would say they have been the two teams playing the best game for the past few years, and thats why the fans hate each others teams so much! i hate the colts, but thats cause the ex-in-laws were colts fans and it was something to fight about, i was a Pats fan long before i moved here!

I don't have a problem with the Pats. Never did, never have in my past 27 years as a fan.
I'm going to borrow a sentence of yours and modify it a little.

You hate the Patriots for the same reason baseball fans started hating the Red Sox. People just can't stand to see a team, other than their own, dominate a field. It is pure jealousy. Your mind may make up excuses for hating them, but you really don't have any. You hate them because they are that good.

i dont like them too because i dont believe they are deserving of a 16-0 season they have played 4 soon to be 6 games against completely atrocious teams (aka the bills the phish and yets)
they have played 3 games that they just barely managed to win but they are going to lose to the Giants anyway. Of course Dallas is going to win in the Super Bowl anyway

I'm a Patriot fan and to be honest, I don't want them to go undefeated... I want them to win the championship. Losing a regular season game would take the pressure off them in the playoffs. If they go undefeated and lose in the playoffs it would sting for years...

everybody hates the patriots because they demolished their teams
they've been blowing out teams except for the ravens and eagles
and who cares about them.
their not even getting in the playoffs this year

im rootin for the pats, i dont remember any characters on that colts teams, u probably dont like cos of the spygate thing

well early this year they got caught for filming opponent's plays for the last 4 years. so they are cheaters but the best team in the nfl.
