There is not and will not be a requirement for an embedded RDIF device in a military person.

They will be used on the new ID cards and or medical Dog Tags.

I would like to see RDIF use in convicted sex offenders, however.

No,I don't think they should be put in any humans.Ever.However I think it will probably come to that,eventually,but don't worry,it will be for your protection.
