Rock and Bret Hart are likely to NOT be there,lol the reason Rock gave for not being there is bc he's on a "public vacation" go check it out at SEscoops.com.U never can tell with WWE,they have a way of messing some things up but others they do really well,We'll all just have 2 tune in(or record it,lol).
