Cysist? Do you mean a "cyst"? There are many kinds of cysts---but I hope this helps:

I'm not sure what you mean by cystis either but if you are meaning cystitis it's an inflammation of the bladder.

PMS means Premenstrual Syndrome (the time before the period occurs where hormone levels rise for a bit and cause symptoms such as mood swings).
