nothing should happen. Try to pay your fines off before going to court, then show up to court with your license in hand. Also judges love when you go to driving school on your own, that will knock the fine down even more and make you look a little better in the judges eyes trust me.

I suspect the court will take a pretty dim view of you and your ongoing criminal conduct. The court ordered you to pay the ticket - even if it was only by instruction from the officer or instructions on the ticket - and you chose not to.
Now, the court will probably think you don't take the court very seriously. I would recommend standing up straight, speaking in a respectful tone, and obeying the court.
In Washington, if you get too many traffic related convictions, you can be found a habitual traffic offender and sent to prison.
Take care of the ticket, and let's stop this nonsense, okay?

No, as Utah has placed you into the situation motive force Pointer gadget, as all states do whilst somebody has a license suspension. whilst yet another state (alongside with Washington) runs a examine against PDPS - as required to by potential of federal regulation - and unearths you in there, they gained't license you. Washington will discover out once you pass to resume your license as they must examine the PDPS once you pass to resume. additionally, whilst using for a license you're requested in case your license is under suspension, revocation or cancellation in any state. you would be committing perjury in case you answer "no" as you're presently under suspension in Utah.

In NY, you just pay the fine they'll give you, send in the reciept to your state DMV, and the suspension will be removed. The end.
I can't imagine Washington is much different, so don't worry so much, and pay your tickets on time next time, lol ;)
