meh done something similar before all had was a person of interests phone number and last name called up the operator and got the full name, address and ever8ything

I always google the number and over half the time, there's a result, like an email or a business name, etc.

Not really... but you can use the first 5 numbers to guess the person's name like if it was 49052 their name is JERRY and so on...

call it with *67 which will block your number and listen to the persons answering machine. they almost always will say their name.
