In short: rogue.
There are a lot of advantages to being a rogue. You can vanish if you are outnumbered in a fight, you can stealth around mobs that you probably don't stand a chance against, and you can put out a lot of damage. However, there are a lot of classes that put out damage, and you may not always get a spot in a group.
The advantage to being a warrior is that you will likely have people asking you to be in their group and tank for them. The disadvantage is people telling you how to tank/spec.
Not many people are going to be critiquing your rogue's spec, but some might question your ability to tank (even if you rock at it) just because you're not specced full protection.
The best reason to be a rogue: People don't expect much out of you. So, you can goof off or get killed, and you get rezzed and life goes on. If you let a mob slip by you as a tank, the rest of your group probably won't like it much.

I suggest you to be an undead rogue (mainly because of their racials), but I will tell you advantages for both.
Warrior: A warrior is the best tank in game. If you are a warrior, you are always needed in a group when doing instances or raids. Disadvantages include slow leveling in low levels and often getting the blame (sometimes priest gets the blame) when everyone dies in a group.
Rogue: I haven't played one personally, but a rogue is able to do a lot of damage in a short time (with lots of stun spells for crowd control) and other advantages are basically listed in above posts. Disadvantages include having very little health and dying easily while soloing.

if youve narrowd it down to two classes and a race for each class.. play both and odds are you will stick with the rogue cuz lveling a warrior is RLY slow ... and then you will get angry when all the 70 warriors kill you horribly because thats just what they do to rogues =D

Depends, do you want to wear really heavy armor and a big sword?
Or do you want to be a sneaky assassin?
Or better yet try all the classes and see what you like
