The last time I had my period was in September. I feel very stressed out. I sleep an average of 6 hours on schoolnights and eat properly. Is that enough to offset the cycle? My friend says I should see a doctor but I don't have time until Christmas break.

Stress, illness, medication & losing weight can affect your hormones, which can change your cycle. In fact, lack of body fat will stop your cycle. It's time to go to the doc. for a check-up, clearly your hormones are out of whack.
