I'm currently living in the US and planing to move out, maybe to Latin America. I'm looking for a bank that offers an "international account" I mean an account that i could use everywhere out the US, making withdrawals, deposits etc.

If you are willing to pay ridiculous fees, you can use the debit card from ANY bank account world wide. Most large US banks have an International division. In your case, I recommend finding a bank with actual locations in the country you will be living in.

You will have to open an account in the country you will be living. What you want to do cannot be done.
