I have an interview for a higher position at my job thursday. I work at a call center and it's a position for the EScalation department. Taking care of customer complaints and issues. It pays more and has better hours. The last time I had an interview, i got nervous, turned all red, and blanked at a question they asked me. ......... Why should we pick you?
how about because I am a hard worker, I love being able to be in the position where I can actually help people..... I like having more freedom???
help i need suggestions! I know they are going to ask me that.

well. As my past record with this company shows...I am a hardworking person, who has no or very few call offs, very reliable and I take the customers needs and wants very seriously and try to make the customer feel very important and glad that they signed with us or bought from us in the first place. I believe this company is one of the best there is and I want to make it better in whatever way I can!
