I think about my ex bf A LOT. We met at 22 and (he's 46 and I am 45 now) and we were together for almost 7 years. But, he didn't believe in *commitment- i.e. marriage* and so we broke up and were friends until a few years ago, and I miss him so much. I was living with this dirtbag and I realized just how much I took my previous long term relationship for granted and now he won't even talk to me (long story) and I would love that because he knows all about my family and he's the one I would want to talk to about the drama going on. Plus, he loved my cat and she misses him. I just wish we could TALK!

It depends how recent the break up was, but a lot. It depends there might be something that will remind me of that person. Its hard to loose a bf, because you go from being so close to not even being friends at all. Its sad. I also regret loosing a couple bfs and think about it all the time, about things I could have done differently

Well my ex was my best friend for like 3 years before we dated and we still see each other at least once a week. He's still a really great friend. I really don't even consider him my ex, he's just a friend who the dating thing didn't work out with. I'll probably always think of him because he's so important to me.

lately i am constantly thinking bout an ex of mine from almost 4 years ago.
he was my first real love,we lived together for a year and were together for 2 an i lost a baby with him but we were the most disfuntional couple and i left him cause we were going no where but now i cant help but wanting him back and can no longer talk to him cause we broke badly and im now a single mum to someone else and he is with someone else.

Well i think about guys I have dated / been out with every so often - like every few monthes but I think about my first true love every second day or so, even now that I am expecting my first baby and have a new partner

their lying. almost every day. depending on how much they meant to you. We don't just forget about people and if you don't think about them then they didn't mean a lot to you. But a true ex that you loved once is always there in your memories.
