Helio Ocean is not able to be unlocked (you can only ues the Helio network) And No it does not have a sim slot.

People that say the battery life is short can only compare it to a device they have. YES my battery does go low thru out the day but that is because of all that I do with it, It is constantly on, taking Pics, surfing the web, Talking, texting, reading Im's, reading emails, listening to music, using the GPS to keep out of traffic and find places I need to go.

The service I have is great (3G) fast network, and strong signals (haven't dropped a call yet). As with any phone look at the plan that fits you, the Ocean is not a phone as much as it is a multimedia device with the ability to use it as a phone. All phones will have plusses and minuses. so you have to know what you really want and what the added bonuses are.

Although I own none of the aforementioned phones, I would stay with AT&T and get the iPhone. I am planning on getting the iPhone in June, and I've heard nothing but good about the phone. It seems like a solid device that comes in a really cool package. As far as the Ocean goes, I believe Helio is CDMA based, and therefore does not use a SIM card. That would make it impossible to unlock the Ocean and bring it to AT&T. If you are unhappy with AT&T, then I would also consider the LG Voyager like you said, because I have also heard many good things on cell phone blogs who have tested the phone. Hope this helps!

i dont know much about the phones..
but my friend has the helio ocean and the service really sucks.. she can hardly get any service anywhere and the battery life on that phone isnt very long...
its the same problem with the iphone.. it doesnt have that much of a battery life either. and its really expensive for extra feautures.
if you want the lg voyager you're going to have to change from at&t to verizon since its a verizon phone.
hope that helped! have fun choosing phones
