No, because I know that even if I lose it, it will still find me again.

NO I don't even own a scale. I don't think weight is important. I think it only matters how you feel about your size. I know when I do step on a scale I get freaked out for a minute, but I am happy with myself so I don't worry about the number. I could use a little toning though.

I used to be, until I realized that the more weight I lose, the smaller my number of pallbearers will have to be. I love the 12 cups of coffee & 15 cigarettes a day diet plan! At the rate I'm losing weight, I'll be able to market this diet for more money than Dr. Atkins ever dreamed of making!
Oh, for this to work well, the diet should ONLY be used if you ALSO have a combination of Type I diabetes, grand mal epilepsy, high blood pressure, Level III kidney failure, & the prescriptions to combat them.
Any questions?

Later Daze! =)

Yes, but to a certain degree. The problem with weight is that it can change all the time. I care more about the amount of fat that I have, rather than weight (since that consists of muscle and fat and a whole bunch of other stuff that exists in your body). I just check up on my stomach fat every once in a while 8-)

I check the scale everyday.
But I don't worry about if the numbers go up or down.
But don't get me wrong, when it goes up, I'm sad. But I brush it off.

I normally just use the scale to let me know if I'm eating too much fat foods that week and If I need to change my diet in anyway.

Ya, because it's limiting the wearable amount of clothes in my closet! Grrrr
I would love to go on a shopping spree for all new clothes, but right now the realistic option is to get my hiney up and go jogging and lay off the cookies!

Yep. I sure do worry about my weight. I avoid the scale right now because I never know what it's going to tell me. My weight fluctuates. Gggrrrrrr!

Not very much. If I gain a few, I gain a few. If I lose a few, I lose a few. The more important thing is how I look and feel, and I think both of those are good.
