I don't think it's strange...I think it's rude and inconsiderate. I'd be mad if my neighbor sang to Garth or Toby at any time...

Sure it's normal to drink whiskey and listen to Garth and Toby at 3:00AM. Now, if he was drinking Tequila, he'd be listening to Sammy Hagar and Van Halen.

Not at all.
When I have a few shots of whiskey in me, I like to sing my favorite tunes & just let loose...He's enjoying his buzz you know? but not at 3:00 am....I do it in my house at around 10:00ish...& I never have neighbor complaints...so...Yeah you should tell him to drink his whisky earier...

I don't think it's strange; maybe a little inconsiderate, though, at that hour. It probably disturbs others' sleep. But if everyone is up at that hour, maybe you all could get together.
