I don't have time to watch TV. I really do not like reality shows. But I feel for the writers on strike because most of them are my friends.

HEROES IS OFF THE AIR BECAUSE OF IT.
That is unacceptable and it makes me SO mad. I only ever watch T.V. online too, so they REALLY need to pay the writers, so I support the strike, but still! I want my shows!

It affects everyone. Most show's writers strikes are going to end badly. Even when writers negociate, they will carry grudges and won't be performing at their very best.

Yes, it does somewhat. With all of the shows we watch running out of new shows, we are watching more of our DVD collection ... including several series shows that we have the 'whole show' up to now, like Monk, and Dr. Who ... and it's GREAT because we can watch 3-4 HOURS of one show (per disk) at once ... or we play computer games like WoW together instead of watching television.

No. Not yet. I watch mostly sports and dvds. When I catch the occasional late night show, it does not matter that it is a rerun since I never saw the original.

Yes it does. Certain shows I watch are repeats. Others my sister watches are being spaced out to every other week.

yes somtimes...things like the daily show are written so right now their showing reruns and hiring new writers...things that have a script are effected

It does NOT affect me I don't watch TV, just HGTV occasionally.
