lol, i guess you can interpret this question in a lot of different ways. I normally try to calm myself, and think of a way to make things better (if possible). I also like to do a little venting through a journal or with friends, and listen to music that cheers me up. Sometimes one good cry does wonders.

Try and sort things out and if hat can not be done then go home shut the door and answer some other persons problems, it keeps my head away rom my own!

i go into my room, curl up into a ball, and think, i just think, and when i come up with an idea to solve whatever problem i go with it, if not, i just completely block it out of my mind.
