Kosovo is a UN protectorate and administered since the US/Allies bombed the Serbs to submission for the genocide against the Balkan muslims. This secession is inevitable since talks between Serbs and Albanians have been stalled with no light at end of tunnel. Moscow is bristling because Kosovo independence may embolden others in the Caucus to separate from Russia. Why am I not surprise that Europe would again be the flashpoint for WW3...

Wouldn't this just be the same as the israelis are always being criticised for?

And that is going really well isn't it?

Perhaps if the muslims consider themselves the winners there will be less criticism. It will be the Serbs who feel hard done by.

EDIT
The Israelis were 'given' their spiritual homeland as part of settlement at end of WW11 there have been wars and upsets ever since.

The arab muslims will never be happy while the jews are there.

Will Christians worldwide rally to the support of the Serbs as the muslims do for the palestinians?

I don't know. Is that what has happened? It's the equivalent of making a part of Britain with a Muslim majority (draw the boundaries up and you'll be able to do it, particularly if you include illegal Muslim immigrants) an independent state.

Kosovo had a Albanian majority as a result of illegal immigration. Terrorism was rife as was opium production. The war against Yugoslavia was merely for the west to put an end to communism. Rather ironic since they are now trying to do the same to Islam, as shown by the wars in Afghanistan, Iraq and next Iran. Bush denouncing them as the axis of evil and Blair didn't hesitate to point out that 7/7 was done in the name of Islam.

Serbia may kick off again; none of the usual peacekeepers (UK,USA) have any troops or the will to sprt it out again.

anyway who are we to take a piece of there country away from them; i know that i would go to war if they declared a part of the uk an independant muslim state.

it will result in a bloody slaughter. the EU cant be trusted to wipe their own @rses without a ten year consultation period. SO!! when it all kicks off WHO!! 'exactly' is in the frame to go in and sort it out? cant be us because if every thing goes to plan, i assume that labour will have Britain in Islamic hands by then. after all !! Muslims seem to be the highest donators to the labour party cause. the more i see of the EU and new labour, the more convinced i am that we should get rid of both as soon as possible.

More or less you answered your own question.
I wonder how much exactly EU decides on this one? Because Albanians, Muslims, call them as you wish, lay all their hopes on USA, not EU. It started all with Clinton...
I must correct you though: the word is Kosovo.
KosovA doesn't mean anything, it's just poor attempt of albanians to rename that territory, in order to make the word of serbian origin albanian. So that everything can be in accordance with stealing of territory. Stolen name, too.
(Back in the 80ees, they had parole: Kosovo republika. When Kosovo became KosovA in their language is mystery to me. Maybe when Clinton got his statue there?)

they seem to think they can.. once they do it the trouble will come from the short sightedness they suffer from.. believe you me it will be war. and it will get bloody. the christians won't stand by as a Christian nation is given over to the attempted domination of the world by Islam.

if they can do it there they can do it here. you never know they may let us Scots have our freedom before Westminster is forced to by us Scots
