had a physical and the nurse said that I had few bacteria and white blood cells in my urine..no symptoms of uti.except for small pains in lower stomach that feel like cramps from time to time

It could mean that either you're getting a urinary tract infection or the urine sample wasn't a clean catch... meaning, the bacteria is from the external skin of your genital area which produces a harmless bacteria, and you didn't use the anti-bacterial wipe before expelling urine into the container.

no std, you might have a bladder infection (UTI) drink lots of water and cranberry juice. and go to the bathroom right when you have to go, don't hold it in.
