Do you belive in the saying "old enough too bleed, old enough to breed"

Someone probably reported you because they thought your question would offend the young people on here, not realizing you were young yourself. It apparently refereed to periods, and is an offensive remark to many people.
In answer to your original question: No I do not agree with it.
Some people may have thought you were intending to offend them. Just be a bit more careful how you ask questions, as you were asking about a quote, you could have added you do not agree with it to the question.

I just got a violation today too and I have never had one before. To answer your first question... It is a true statement, if you are having your period you are capable of conceiving a child. However, I don't think that a young girl should be having sex let alone children.

Not me love, however, if your 'old enough to bleed' (by period I guess) then you may not be old enough to breed (by law, depends on country).
