i would let them know that i didnt like them for their SEXuality, i like them for their PERSONality and that i would support them in any way they needed me to support them and that if there was anything i could do to make the process of coming out easier i would. and then i would follow through with all those things.

Nothing. We've ALL been in the closet at some point.
And I can't stand gays who think that EVERY gay person has to be out. I respect others' privacy.

I would be there to support them on what ever decision they make. If they choose to come out I will help them and support them any way I can. If they choose to remain in the closet I would respect that, and support them all I could.

Nothing more or less than I did the day before he or she came out of the closet. It wouldn't concern me..
Another person's sexual orientation is not an issue with me.

It would really depend on the person. If it is someone who is close to me, I would let him/her know that I am supportive regardless of his/her orientation and that I will be here being supportive. If it is someone I don't know well, I wouldn't necessarily encourage or discorage them. I would just watch and see what happens.

Drag him kicking and screaming from the closet.
Naaw, just kidding. I'd probably let him know in a subtle way that it's okay to be gay and let him know that I'm there for him if he needs to talk.

act like nothing has changed, and allow them to come to if they need help. That person is is going through a lot and only needs support at this time.

I would encourge them to come out, and let them know what a huge weight will be lifted off their shoulders. How much freer they will feel. But if they are not ready to, I would respect there prviacy and not blab it around.
