He told Cuban American leaders in Miami that he would veto legislation that would lift the embargo in Cuba. But, 2002, he wrote Bush urging him to lift the embargo.

More politics as usual...saying whatever you need to get elected. What do you think?

Huckabee said that in 2002 he was trying to protect the interests of the Arkansas rice farmers. The farmers needed new markets to sell their rice. Now running for President, Huckabee says he has to be more concerned with what is in the best interest of the country, not just one state. It is a flip flop but it seems understandable.

what I think is that we do not need another governor from Arkansas as president.

He's a nice enough guy, but he gave clemency to so many more criminals than the 3 previous governors combined, it makes me wonder about his judgement and his ability to be swayed by others.
