I am not sure if this qualifies as verbal abuse. He is always making fun of me in class. I dont even know what is going on in math because I am afraid that he will say something about me. I thought he was just kidding at first, but now I think that enjoys making fun of me. I usually just smile or dont say anything, and that makes him want to do it more. He makes fun of a couple more people, but they all seem to be enjoying talking back to him. Whenever I have a question, during class or on a test, he is always annoyed and makes me feel stupid. Should I tell someone about this?

first go to your parents and have them go with you to the supervisor or director of the school

Yes, you should tell someone about this, you are feeling uncomfortable about being in school and the teacher is not abiding by acceptable behavior.
If you feel comfortable enough confront the teacher directly and say that what they are doing makes you feel uncomfortable. If they don't stop they could likely put there job in jeopardy. Whether or not you feel comfortable telling the teacher directly you should inform the principal that you are having this issue as well as your parents. The principal will certainly address it with the teacher and that should clear it up. If action isn't happening your parents should be able to help convince the principal and other administrators that this is a serious issue.
I hope things get better for you, it is certainly not good conduct on the part of the teacher, and I'm guessing it will stop when addressed by you or an administrator.

Handle it like a grown up.
Ask to meet with the teacher one on one after class. In a non-confrontational way, explain to him what you have told us. I could be something as simple as a misunderstanding that can easily be cleared up between the two of you.
There will come lots of times in your life when you have to let someone know you don't appreciate something they said or did. Nows as good a chance as any to start learning how to handle it.

Traditional way of answering this is as they have said before, talk to your parents and guidance councilor.
Better way of doing it, is record what is going on, and put it on you tube(as someone here also said) while traditional methods work, if it is up on you tube, the teacher can't weasel out of it and make you look bad since the whole world can see what is going on.

absolutely talk to ur parents first and then school officials as a teacher i know that is unacceptable behavior on his part and is grounds for termination. Some people should not be teaching don't put up with it

my spanish teacher does the same thing, but hes kidding, and your math teacher probably is too, if it gets too bad, talk to him about it after class, and if that doesnt work, try to talk to the guidance counselor about it
