Cheating girlfriends were easy to lose
My darling children's trips to the Office and ensuing meeting were unsettling but faded fast.
Even a real lousy day at work or a bad hockey game - just look on the bright side.
It's MONEY
The lack of, not talking wealth, just with support payments - (guys spend more time with me) and usual expenses - it's frustrating not even to be able afford a coffee, days before payday - Yep - being really broke sometimes and working hard. That can make me sour.

Engaging too deeply with negative energies, whether its TV, too much time online, reading miserable news,or playing too long on computer games. Negative energy more than anything.

I really noticed how different my moods are since moving into the countryside, sometimes if I feel in a bad mood, I can fix it just by walking into the grasslands and trees and feel nature all around me, and just occasionally, submerge into it.

When I pay too much attention to negative people, or people doing things I perceive to be spiteful, hateful, etc. I become confused, dark, angry, and depressed. This draws my attention away from all the positive people who far outweigh the rest. Thank God I can always come out of it, esp. by focusing in on myself and being in my own center--which is love. Music helps.
