The fastest tracks are in marketing and sales. You would need to get into business, accounting, marketing, computers, etc. If graphic design is more your speed, there are opening there, too. Communications and broadcasting are possibilities in the media fields. There are plenty of openings in sports and entertainment, which is the food and merchandise end of the trade. Sports medicine is a possibility.
Talk it over with your counselors and see what your skills are and apply them to your school work. Choose a college that will accelerate your skills and hone them into what the job market needs and then intern at a minor league, or even major league, team and get some experience so when you graduate you will have a resume that will turn heads!

My friend and co-worker at EA Sports went through the same thing where he was a good HS baseball player who was extremely talented but due to a chronic leg problem, could not hook up with a team. He tried out at regional scouting combines and tryouts but when he found out his leg was keeping him from the pros, he wanted to work for a club's front office. He checked out Monster.com and the Oakland A's website for jobs and found a job that he was hired for. Now he's with that club's marketing group!
Good luck and I hope that you either make it to the pros or the front office of a major league club!

Work hard in school and try to get a internship with a minor league team near you. Then go to college and major in something that will help you in your baseball job. Hope for the best.

Well you have to enter the draft as usual, and hope that a team, any team will select you, and I beat there are players that aren't even slected, but in that case you can sign as a free agent, but denfily you have to have a skill in it. And maybe teams will look at you, and maybe you will be drafted, but I can't promise that you will. But most of the jobs that you do in baseball, that is not on the field, you would have had to play first, maybe but maybe not in some cases.
