hey if it feels good do it. i did not start masturbating until i was 15 cause that is when i had my first wet dream. as for playing around with your friend it is normal for boys during puberty to be curious about the same sex and some do experiment. it does not mean your are gay just curious and most boys grow out of it

Self love is not wrong but don't do it so much that it interferes with the rest of your life. There is a time and place for everything. Date when it is time to date, play football when it is time to play football.
For now, lets keep masturbation as a solo sport. If someone finds out about you making this a team sport, there is going to be problems at your age.

You can start masturbating the day you're born, or as soon as you find out how good it feels, or at least about the age you are now.
Masturbating always feels better with someone else. It's a form of sex and sex was meant to be shared. So, yes it's normal. Just be careful. Some friends come equipped with contagious diseases. And most parents get hysterical and overreact when they found out their kids are having sex with someone else.
