There are people who say that Freddie Mercury was left handed. Freddie was from India, and in that country parents don't like their children to be left handed, so they make them switch. If Freddie Mercury was left handed, it would explain his artistic creative side. In a picture, there is Freddie holding a fork with his left hand. It doesn't prove anything, but it is interesting!
A left handed Freddie Mercury is even more intriguing I think. And it is possible that he did start out as a lefty.

Freddie Mercury was left handed.....he often used his left hand rather than his right hand which he developed a use for too. So he's ambidextrous

I read that he was left-handed, but kinda wasn't like...allowed to be as a child, if you know what I mean, sort of.
Ummmm......he only wore nail polish on his left hand, and I heard this was because he wasn't able to paint his right hand.
That implies that he's right handed,
yet.
For whatever reason, I think he's left handed.
In fact, I'm pretty sure he was just ambidextrous.

I have no idea, but any images I can find of him, he has no wristwatch on...which is usually a giveaway. Right handed wear them on their left wrist, while leftys/ southpaws wear them on their right wrist.
He just has sweatbands on his right wrist in many images. Maybe hiding his watch??? What rockstar really wears a watch, I know...

MERCURY: Oh, umm, I play better piano with my right hand than I do with my left. There's more things I don't do with my left hand than I do with my right. I'll tell you one thing, I only wear nail polish on my left hand. It's the only hand I'll wear black nail polish on. I only need it on one hand.
