Been there done that in FL, they didn't need any of that paperwork, all they needed was what you make & what he makes currently. You can put the child on Medicaid if you qualify and a good chance they may go after him since it's state issued, you will have to participate with court ordered child support (especially in FL if you get any state benefits). I don't think men should get off either, they don't have to carry or have the baby and they think they can just walk away like it's nothing, my ex has 2 other children from his 1st wife, should've seen that as a red flag but luckily we only have 1 child together and for 2 years he hasn't seen him (I can count on 1 hand how many times) and he only lives 20 mins away!! He's a loser, you should get everything you can, and be nice because when the child support stops & you find out where he's working you can report it to the state later. Just don't have him pay you directly, make sure everything's done through the courts so they can garnish his taxes!!

I dont think they will let him get away with anything, I know they didnt with my husband and he has never refused to pay for his children but the child supoort agency have took the money stright form his wages and they dont even leave him enough to live on. I alway advise women to try a sort it out if they can without courts. My husbands working 50 hours a week for less than £500 and month because of the child support who are taking the rest.

Nope they will force him to produce. They might tell him he has had enough time and issue an order based on an accepted level until he comes up with the documents. If they have his wages then they might not be concerned with the benefits section. Make sure he has to pay have of all medical, dental and optical if possible.

He probably has rude awakening coming. The child support enforcement laws are totally geared towards women and I don't see how he will 'walk' as you put it.
I'm shocked that his driver's license hasn't been suspended, a report to the credit bureaus haven't been sent out and there's not a warrant for his arrest!!
Check out my sources below and see if they don't help. Just click the link and find your state.
Good luck.

If he's been ordered to have it and doesn't he could be held in contempt of court. The judge can rule on the case regardless. He could come out worse because of it. 8 months with no support? That alone doesn't look good for him. B@stard!

is that this ultimate from the cases? the vehicle is being saved for the McCanns interior the storage of mogul John Geraghty, sixty 8, in his villa close to Praia da Luz. Why is that this motor vehicle no longer impounded and locked up in a police storage? What if the interior this motor vehicle is then replaced over, or tampered with? i won't have faith this.

He is only hurting him self not being prepared, you will probably get the MAX from him in child support..... good luck! they will decide from his wages, he had a chance to get the paper work in order.. and the judge will see that...

He may be telling you that just for you NOT to show up. Just go to your appointment no matter what. They may hit him with some fines and its HIS fault for waiting so long to get stuff together. He may also be trying to hide his earnings from your children by trying to get over. DONT let him get away from this.
Good Luck~

Too bad you don't have time to contact your attorney -but as soon as you get in court tell the(you) attorney that he is purposely dragging his heals so he won't have to pay-that should get the judge's attention.
