The punches are probably the fakest. Suplexing someone or jumping off the top rope isnt fake, you can't fake it. Wrestling isnt "fake", its scripted. They just have ways to make it not hurt as bad.

So what if wrestling is choreographed. It's still a lot more entertaining than most of the reality tv crap like The Bachelor. As for the fakest move: Scotty 2 Hotty's Worm which is not a real wrestling move, let along a real finisher.

The sleeper.
The final execution of the moves on national televised wrestling in the USA are fake, but most of them are moves used in real wrestling. This means that the blow to the wrestler or the tightness of the grip used on them isn't full strength. The punches are pulled and the holds are loose. So that part is faked. But most of the moves are real moves and would be effective if done for real.

It's easier to say what's not fake. Chops aren't fake, look at anyone's chest after a few chops in the corner. William Regal's even been busted open on the chest a few times in his career, and he didn't juice. Even then, Chops are delivered with intent of doing as little damage as possible. Even though moves are staged, though, doesn't mean they don't hurt. Suplexes, back body drops, body slams, anything that involves your back or stomach hitting canvas hurts to some degree. Fake is such a misgiving word when it comes to wrestling, because almost everything hurts, even if it doesn't hurt to it's maximum capacity.

The wrestling moves are all real. The entertainment of professional wrestling (WWE, RAW, etc) is all pre-orchestrated and done strictly for entertainment. It does require a lot of training on the part of the actors/athletes.

wrestling (WWE) is sports-entertainment. The moves are real, they are just done so that the individual is not seriously hurt. For these people that say it is fake, get into the ring with me for 30 seconds, and tell me why its fake after I have you in tears.

Strikes, holds etc (except if you're in Japan, where they will genuinely strike you). Pro wrestling in general is completely scripted.
Also, chairshots are often blocked by the fingers, fake weapons are sometimes used (eg. fake barbed wire, fake guitars), various moves like piledrivers are blocked, bleeding is performed via using razor blades on one's forehead (blading or juicing) etc.

"Fake" is the wrong term to use. All moves are executed in a way as to cause minimal damage to their opponent while still looking good. It is then up to the person taking the move to sell the pain involved. That being said, each move still hurts the wrestlers a lot.
