Does anyone have any info on the possibility that our Local Spatial Field is warped or folded in on itself?

I have been saying for years that our "Local Spatial Field" is actually warped due to a nebula event that created our "Local Compression Bubble" that has been detected in our sector of the Galaxy. This infers that the space field is folded and stars that we "perceive" at certain distances are in reality merely "perceived distance" and not the "actual distance", which I propose is a "variable distance" going from greatest apogee to lesser apogee. My concern is that our Solar System may be on a collision course with another star system, and this has totally eluded the entire scientific community. I conjecture this is why the ecosystem and climate of the Earth is heating up, due to an approaching extra-solar star system that will penetrate through our Solar System, precipitating an extinction level event and wiping away all traces of our global technoculture and catapulting the post-catastrophic survivors back to a state of Neobarbarism reactivating the slow process of recivilization.

Faesson... it's not a "theory", far from it... just mere conjecture. I assume if a solar system approaches from the southern hemisphere below the ecliptic plane from behind the Sun, then it would not be ocularly perceived.

Raymond, yes, I cannot with good conscience claim I'm apart of the scientific community; I'm an outsider, a theoretical researcher, and my scientific observations and views tend to be contrary to the accepted norm.

Thank you for the data on spatial warping; this is my foremost concern in asking my question, which you have given some tangible thoughts.

Secondarily, the intruding object that I suspect is the so-called "fixed" star and binary system, Sirius, having a Doppler blue shift; but my research suggests its distance is "perceived distance" and not the "actual distance", which is a “variable distance”. This is due to a fold or ripple in the flat spatial field, hypothetically speaking, and the light we see from Sirius is actually bent around the grid field of this fold... hence, it's position and influence is actually in closer proximity than what we are currently aware.

Morningf... I believe we are speaking of the same phenomenon, the "Local (Compression) Bubble", hypothesized to have been created by an ancient supernova event.

Briefly, my hypothesis is that Sirius and our system were formerly unified into a tertiary system, having 14 celestial members (3 stars and 11 planets), and it is the white dwarf Sirius B that is actually our original paternal star. I was able to determine this from the mythological record and various worldwide ancient creation epics that recorded this data. Hence, Sirius B is a by-product of a planetary nebula event, having shrunk from an F-1 class star down into a white dwarf... it was this event that created the "Local (Compression) Bubble". It also created the celestial dynamics that split the former tertiary system in half. The ancient record is filled with this information recorded by post-catastrophic survivors for a future posterity, but myth has been misunderstood... the gods are "personifications" of stars.

Those "personified" stars is the "Sirian Trichotomy", being emulated into deities, particularly the "Sacred Triad" in pagan religion... Hence, Sirius B is Osiris, Ra, Oranos (Uranus), Orcus, Orpheus, Orion, Cronus, Balder, the biblical twin Abel, etc. being the "Great Beggetter God"; Sirius A is Isis, Rhea, Hera, Ashtar (star), Venus, Athena, Aphrodite, Cybele, etc., known as the "Goddess Star" and the "Great Mother Goddess of the Gods (planets and our Sun)"... and Sirius A was the outer star that orbited the body of the tertiary system; and Sirius C is technically our Sun which was known as the "Twin" to Sirius B and was located at the core of the system in a binary relation with B... Sirius C was Horus, Zeus, Hercules, Set, the biblical twin Cain... and was called the "Great Child God/Hero".

Both systems appear to return to the galatic path that they were torn away from during the nebula event; it seems to be a 12,000-year cyclic event I call the "Sirian-Solar Reconvergence".

CORRECTION: Sirius B was an F-1 class star (about 1.49 solar masses) that went nebula at the end of its Red Giant phase (known as the unruly god Cronus who devoured his children [11 planets and the Sun] by "fire", being the expulsion of its photosphere that incinerated the planets and laid down the Carboniferous Layer to the Earth's Geological Column), and THEN it shrank down (gravitationally crunched) its internal mass into a compressed white dwarf.

I realize what I am saying is dramatically contrary to the conventional wisdom, but because I am outside the mindset of the current scientific paradigm is exactly why I have been able to uncover this data without being fettered by the current framework and tenets of science.

If one merely looks with fresh eyes at the world around us while considering my premise, then the pieces of the puzzle I describe begin to fit naturally together. There is plenty of evidence that aludes to this novel scenario, but the data has been severely misinterpreted, and the Evolution/Uniformitarian Model has been the major contributing stumbling block. (I'm not a Creationist, or Intelligent Design proponent either.)

Bob... Consider this... the Magellan Venusian Probe mapped 90% of Venus. The researcher were perplexed over its crater impact structures; they appear as if they formed in pliable molten crust, like if one were to throw a rock into mud, having ejecta splatters very unlike those of Mercury, Mars and the Moon, which are crisp crater structures.

The planetologists postulated an alarming hypothesis, that Venus has an innate ability to autoatalytically activate such great heat that the planet's entire surface remoltenizes into a perimagmatic sea, which is followed by mass celestial bombardment, and then the planet resolidifies.

But on the contrary planets are incapable of remoltenizing themselves, this was most likely percipitated by an external source from the planet; and the only thing that can remoltenize planets are STARS. Since Mercury is the closest planet to a star, our Sun, Mercury unfortunately does not exhibit the same features as Venus.

So this means ANOTHER star is the culprit, one that passes between the Earth and the Sun; hence Venus's orbit is in the trajectory path of the approaching Sirian system.

This would also explain what the Ancient have claimed, that Venus is a recent "arrival" to our system, for it was formerly in the Sirian system and was dislodged from its orbit around Sirius to join our own during the last Sirian-Solar Reconvergence. This would also explain why Venus rotates in reverse (clockwise), for the Sirian system revolves clockwise also, while our system revolves counterclockwise. This also explains why comets in our system revolve around our Sun clockwise, for they are dislodged debris from the clockwise Sirian system.

This also explains why the ancient Dogon tribe of Mali, Africa, since their antiquity await the day that Venus will shine bright as a brilliant star, part of their dire cultural warnings of the end of man, for this is when Venus will remoltenize into a brilliant...

...star-like object during the next cosmocataclysmic passing of Sirius between Earth and the Sun. When this occurs, just as the Magellan evidence indicates that after Venus remoltenizes, then there will be mass celestial bombardment throughout both systems, for it will be like two bubbles passing through each other, the debris in the various debris belts will dislodge and rain down to the critical vertex of both system, thus splattering crater impacting onto Venus's pliable surface... and on every planet throughout... this is the real cause for crater impacting evidence on the solid body planet, not as conventional astronomy postulates from the primordial beginnings of the Solar System. This is a 12,00--year cyclic phenomenon... as Plato stated, "The Great Pyramid was constructed to determine the arrival of Sirius." (It is a sidereal calculator in stone for this purpose, just as was Stonehenge.)

Cosmo... your use of the word "falsified" is terribly harsh and implies the intent of a deliberately orchestrated falsehood on my part. I hope you did not mean this and meant to imply "erroneous" or "in error", which is not an intentional act.

What I have posted (in minute part) is the direct result of 16 years of examination, and research.

Zahbudar... Sorry, I do not read science fiction, so your suggestion that the source of my research is rooted in a science fiction novel is completely immaterial. I can wholeheartedly assure you that my hypothesis is my original work.

Here is another aspect to my hypothesis... I propose that the Ohio Serpent Mound Construct, and the Avebury Serpent of Stone Construct are actually "CAVEATS IN STONE AND EARTH" construct by former postcatastrophic survivors as a dire warning to a future generation that will be subject to the next Sirian-Solar Reconvergence. These constructs depict the binary star system Sirius coming to intercept and devour our Solar System. It is the coming of the Great Dragon of mythology (Tiamat, Medusa, etc.) and our Sun is the Great Dragonslayer (Marduck, Perseus, etc.)

Note in the images posted below the edicycloidial pattern in the Ohio Serpent Mound represented by the humps of the serpent; this is the pattern a binary star system makes as it travels across the celestial canopy. Note the oval identified as "B", this is Sirius B, while the serpent body and the spiral represent Sirius A. Note in the Avebury Serpent's main disc that it contains the binary of Sirius, being two stars...

... Note at the end of the serpent to the extreme right there is another disk that is singular, this represents our Solar System that the serpent will intersect... This is telling us that the Sirius Binary and our Solar System are on a collision course, I have identified this as the Sirian-Solar Reconvergence; it will be an extinction level event. The mean surface temperature wil escalate from 59 degrees to 3,500 degrees, everything will spontaneously combust, all metals will melt, and Man will become nearly extinct.

There were probes recently sent out to measure the "warpness" of space around Earth. They found, for example, that space-time continuum is indeed dragged into a spiral by Earth's rotation (the effect is called frame-dragging).

However, the degree of warping is very small and confined to the local space. In general, space around the solar system is relatively flat (not warped).

If warping is responsible for distances being misinterpreted, then it has to be a large warping (galactic scale), in which case it would affect only very distant objects (other galaxies, not other solar systems in our vicinity).

It is difficult to imagine that an object would have so much impact on our ecosystem and yet be totally undetectable. Even if Neptune (not that far away) was suddenly changed into a star (requiring its mass to be multiplied by a few hundred), its impact would not be greater than the present Global Warming.

"...and this has totally eluded the scientific community." Then that means that you are excluding yourself from the scientific community.

Were space to be folded in on itself objects that we observe moving away from each other and us should begin returning with great velocity, yet we do not observe that.

Your suggestion of a cataclysmic impact might occur through collision with a hidden solar traveller is frightening and seems to have been extracted from a science fiction novel rather than conjured up independently. I urge more study and serious research prior to publication of any papers on the subject.

And what is this "Local Compression Bubble" that you talk about? The density of matter for several 100 light-years around the earth is *lower* than the average for the galaxy. This is called the "local bubble".

Sally field became so cute in all her video clips with Burt Reynolds and that Trans Am. enjoyed those video clips. Jane Fonda isn't my form of woman, inspite of she has a brilliant appearing skill. There is absolutely no evidence of significant large-scale anisotropy in the apparent distribution of galaxies or the microwave background. I believe your hypothesis would require such an anisotropy, and so I expect that your hypothesis is falsified.
