The Bible does not teach a 6000 year old earth. The 'yomim' of the creative period are indeterminate periods of time that are not recorded. The 'yom' often translated as 'day' had a lot of work to do in Classical Hebrew, as does the English word 'day.' In creation there is no indication of how long the yomim [days] were because there was, according to the accounts in Genesis, no sun by which to measure earth's time. Further to which I add that Christians have more important things to do than to draw timelines without the support of essential information to draw an accurate. Read what Paul says a person has to believe to be saved. You will find no mention of the timeline of creation expressed as a necessary adjunct to Christian discipleship. Unfortunately, extremists are shooting beyond the mark, and embroiling others in their ignorance. Archbishop Ussher, an Irish cleric, drew the original timeline that you seek, but his notions, that are a sad mixture of uninspired and somewhat crude guesses at what certain Bible verses mean, tacked onto his own interpretations of what they mean. Result: confusion! QUILL

Santa made an early visit to your house, but said that the present should not be opened before the d day.
He'll come and check that all is in order on Christmas Eve!
He has even more houses to visit this year, and chose to drop some presents in advance.
But, the parents have to be very helpful and don't have the right to know what they are!!
Good luck!

Tell him your house was the first kid's house on Santa's list. So Santa called you up at work like he always does before the Christmas season to check in and see how the kids were doing and he dropped them off early and asked you to hide them while he made other stops. Because he cannot very well do all the drop-offs on Christmas Eve.

Time to have the talk...I liked how my best friends mom did it. She told us that Santa used to be real along long time ago. But now he can't handle it all by him self. So he hired out all these helpers and they bring your packages a few weeks early now adays. That saved her a couple of years by the time we were eight we knew but that didn't stop us from playing into the fantasy that keeps us all child like during the holidays .

Is he certain that they are his presents? You could tell him they are for another child, or just tell him that Santa only brings you one gift and get him a gift he hasn't seen. I also agree as far as he needs to know he can't be snooping thru your stuff.
