On the tranny it could be the Vacuum Modulator, also the Vacuum line that goes from the intake manifold to the tranny might be loose, or the linkage, or simply your tranny is on its last legs. On the throttle it has a cable or a connecting rod that goes to the tranny to signal the down shift for passing. It could be sticking. The leak might also lowered the oil level, check that one 1st. That is an easier one to do.

My best guess is the Modulator.

1; Metal Needs to be Slowly Heated from the Back Side and Slowly Bent Back into Shape, Constant Heat. Best get a Good Body Shop to do it!

2; Sounds like the Pump Seals in the Transmission are Bad! Get to a Good Transmission Shop, Flush, Change Oil & Filter and........If that doesn't improve it! Rebuild Time.

Well, I have two answers for you:

1) For your front bumper: take it to an auto body specialist.

2) For your transmission leak: take it to an auto transmission specialist.

Well . . . that was easy!

Ten points, please and thank you!
