Yes but they bring someone wih them to help. From what I've seen anyway.

There are many Stores who offer Grocery, on line shopping and Delivery also.
In the past, a neighborhood Grocery store, by phone.
I assume, Regulag Markets, if someone went for/with them.

More importantly, can they take the helper dog into the dog food aisle without making a scene?

In all seriousness, they would have to have someone help them.

Not sure but would quess that they would have someone with them to help out. Or perhapes in a small store, the clerk could help them.
