gar. isnt it annoying when these drop dead gorgeous people post questions like this just to fish for compliments? i mean really, theyre all like im not asking for compliments, be harsh, i can take it, but wtf um yeah most people can tell when theyre ugly or not. then you get all of these preps asking how to get scene hair. wtf. i hate stereotypes, but if you were scene/emo/goth enough to be able to pull off hair like that, you hsouldnt have to ask people how to do it. whats wrong with this world?

I know. It's SOOOO annoying! They just want people to tell them how pretty they are when they already know. Oh, and some idiots answered your question, but thought your questin was "am I ugly?" when it's not. They should learn to read the whole question.

I carefully read your info on am I ugly and your final question what is wrong with this world? First, you are so right about people asking if they are ugly and other questions just waiting for compliments. But I do not believe there is one individual who is either beautiful or ugly. As long as we are all unable to read hearts and minds, well, the heart and mind are the real places where you can know what makes people tick. But, it is impossible to see the inconspicuousness and obvious that lays behind the forehead of all people. Am I making sense? In other words how can I say Paris Hilton is beautiful when she could be a reptile in disguise? Or, how could I say Marilyn Monroe was beautiful when she could have really been a lonely snake in real life? you never know, do you. As for what is wrong with this world? There are so many things wrong with this planet that it would take quite some time to indicate all the reasons what is wrong with this world. Now, for my answer:
Are you ugly? No way, no no no. You are the only beautiful person in this whole infinite universe and, if there were more people like you, then there would be lots and lots more beautiful people in this world. You are an angel and I love you.

However There is one thing you can do to figure out the answer - before that make sure ur not over weight since that will destroy any beauty at infancy.
Ask a guy friend who has the same ethnicity as urs - and you know he's frank and doesnt have a crush on u - whether he would go out with you to movies.
If the answer is yes then you're not ugly!
if the answer is no then ask him what are the things u can improve on ur looks.
There are no ugly people,it's all about who you're asking it from.

You're absolutely right. I hate those questions, but I just go along with them anyway. I mean, they aren't going to pick a best answer that says, "You're full of crap." Questions like this:

Problem is that a lot of people on answers are really young. In middle school and high school these girls feel really insecure and have very little real idea of how attractive they are. People love to trash others so these are questions most likely to get 40 or more answers.

THE MEDIA! evryone wants to be like what they see on the t.v or do what they hear in songs ! if every famose person had purpil hair, then evryone waching would dye there hair purpil! i think its horrible, everyone thinks that to be popular they must be skiny, buy expensive cloths..ect. The media defenitly plays the biggest role in this problem... anyways hope this helped! thats my view of it!

No one is truely ugly or beutiful in the world. It is all a matter of what that specific person is used to or likes. One person might think ur ugly while another might think ur drop dead gorgeous. Its all in the eyes of the beholder.
