Two tone guns? Now I could be wrong, but something tells me you're in the UK (as the 2 tone thing is a relevant issue here). If you're not, then disregard everything else I write! ;)
In England, Scotland and Wales (note not Northern Ireland), the Violent Crimes Reduction Act 2006 Realistic Imitation Firearms (RIF's) have been made illegal to sell, manufacture or import. And RIF is basically anything gunlike which could be mistaken for a real firearm (not necessarily a replica of an actual firearm - just something gun shaped). This covers all airsoft guns.
However in the regulation for the act they state that any replica which is coloured at least 50% in one of a specified list of colours (bright blue, red, green, yellow etc) is classed as an Imitation Firearm (IF, not RIF).
While the sale of RIF's is illegal (with certain exceptions) it is only illegal to sell an IF to someone under the age of 18 (yes this includes ALL colourful toy guns, water pistols etc - thank you so much Herr Blair).
A number of airsoft stores (Airsoft Direct in particular) have arranged to have two tone guns, which fall into the IF category, built. Anyone over the age of 18 can buy these. They can also be bought by somebody over 18 and gifted to somebody under 18 (ie: parents).

properly the dboy kar98 is cool, extraordinarily in case you will get the genuine wood version, although that's onlyabout 3 hundred fps, has a 2 piece barrel, and in uncomplicated terms has 5 photos. it incredibly is innacurate. while you're merely getting those for exciting on your backyard, the k98 may well be fantastic. the thompson is in all probability especially stable for battles and is merely approximately finished steel. the only ingredient approximately it is that's quite useful to get extra suitable mags or the drum magazine which expenditures like $30

Youll have to look at your city codes. I live in KC and they are legal but go up north to another town and they are illegal in the city limits. I use them as a non-lethal way of keeping racoons out of my trash.
